Klaxons want to work with Dr Dre and Snoop Dogg.

The band, who have just reelased debut LP ‘Myths OF The Near Future’, have said they want to make an R&B record in the future.

Jamie Reynolds said: “The most interesting thing for us would be to work with Dr Dre or Snoop Dogg.

“We haven’t done a deal in America but we got to a point a couple of weeks ago where we were talking about one – and I don’t know whether or not it’s gonna happen (they are now actually signed toRinse/DGC).

“But if we did do that deal we would probably jeopardise our future working with Dr Dre.”

James Righton told MTV: “We would very much like to make an R&B record. If we could afford it.”

The band are currently on the Shockwaves NME Awards Indie Rave tour with CSS, The Sunshine Underground and New Young Pony Club.
