Kodaline unveil ‘High Hopes’ video starring ‘Game Of Thrones’ actor – watch

Dublin-based band play an NME Awards show at London's Dingwalls on February 14

Kodaline have unveiled the video for their new single ‘High Hopes’ – you can watch it below.

The promo for the track, taken from the Dublin-based band’s forthcoming EP ‘The High Hopes’ which is out on March 18, stars Game Of Thrones actor Liam Cunningham.

In the video, Cunningham’s character is prevented from killing himself in his car by a runaway bride. However, following a montage of the couple living a happy life together, they are both shot by her angry ex-boyfriend.

The Irish group, who will follow up their EP with the release of their debut album ‘A Perfect World’ on March 25, will be headlining an NME Awards show at London’s Dingwalls on February 14.

The 2013 NME Awards Shows will also feature headline gigs from The Cribs, Everything Everything, Hurts, Tribes, Metz, Dinosaur Jr, Gabriel Bruce, Toy, Doldrums, Savages, Tim Burgess, Fiction, Fidlar and Jagwar Ma.
