Singer attends premiere of film about her breast cancer struggle
Kylie Minogue paid tribute to her fans last night (October 16) at the premiere of ‘White Diamond’, the documentary film about her ‘Showgirl’ world tour, which she performed following her recovery from breast cancer.
Minogue said she saw the film as a good way to thank fans for supporting her through her illness, as they get to see her successful return to the music up close.
The singer described the films as “a good way to thank the fans for their support and see where all their good wishes went”.
The film was shot between August 2006 and March 2007 by stylist William Baker, and will be released on DVD in December.
