'Bad Romance' hits the top spot on the singles rundown

Lady Gaga‘s ‘Bad Romance’ has risen to Number One in the singles chart tonight (December 13).

The singer’s track, taken from the expanded version of her debut album ‘The Fame’, beat off competition from the likes of Rihanna‘s ‘Russian Roulette’ and Peter Kay’s Animated All Star Band with ‘The Official BBC Children In Need Medley’.

New entries on the chart include Chuckie & LMFAO‘s ‘Let The Bass Kick In’, Sir Terry Wogan and Aled Jones‘Silver Bells/Me And My Teddy Bear’ and The Saturdays‘Ego’.

Susan Boyle continues her reign at the top of the album chart, with her debut ‘I Dreamed A Dream’, which holds off Lady Gaga‘s ‘The Fame’, up ten places this week.

New entries include 30 Seconds To Mars‘This Is War’ and Bette Midler‘s ‘The Best Bette’.
