Unofficial video for Lana Del Rey’s new single ‘Blue Jeans’ emerges online

Video removed after copyright claim from 'Born To Die' singer's label

An unofficial and unedited version of the video for Lana Del Rey‘s new single ‘Blue Jeans’ emerged online earlier today (March 19).

The video, which was entirely black and white and frequently used blurry camera work, featured Del Rey in a swimsuit playing in a pool with Bradley Soileau, the same actor who co-starred in her video for ‘Born To Die’.

The unedited pirate version of the video was removed following a copyright claim by Universal Music. The finished version of the promo is expected to be released shortly.

Lana Del Rey, who released her debut album ‘Born To Die’ in January of this year, was added to the line-up for this year’s Isle Of Wight Festival earlier this month.

The singer, who is also scheduled to perform at Radio 1’s Big Weekend in Hackney in June, will play a 45-minute set in the festival’s Big Top Tent on the festival’s opening night (June 22). The festival, which will be headlined by Pearl Jam, Tom Petty and Bruce Springsteen, takes place from June 22–24 next summer.
