The singer performed the song at her show with Courtney Love earlier this week
Lana Del Rey has performed an unreleased track called ‘Serial Killer’ live.
The singer opened her summer tour on Thursday (May 7) at the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion in Houston. ‘Serial Killer’ previously leaked online in 2012, with a video of her live rendition now airing below.
Del Rey also covered Peggy Lee’s 1942 hit ‘Why Don’t You Do Right?’, later performed by Jessica Rabbit in the film Who Framed Roger Rabbit?, at the show.
Lana Del Rey was supported by Courtney Love at the show. Read a full report of the gig here.
Love will support Del Rey for eight shows across America in May. The Endless Summer tour will continue through the summer in the US and Canada with Grimes set to replace Love as the support act. They’ll play dates in Chicago, Toronto, Detroit and other major cities together.
Despite rumours of a new album due for release later this year Del Rey did not play any new material at the show. Reports previously stated that Del Rey has written nine tracks for her next album already, which she says will be “very different” to ‘Ultraviolence’.
Lana Del Rey has reportedly recruited the services of producer Mark Ronson for the album.
