Lana Del Rey has reportedly been filming a new music video ahead of her upcoming album ‘Honeymoon’.
According to Inquisitr, the singer was spotted by fans on the shoot in California earlier this week. Several fans were pictured with Del Rey on the set, thought to located be in Los Angeles. The singer is currently working on her follow-up to 2014’s ‘Ultraviolence’, thought to be called ‘Honeymoon’.
Reports previously stated that Del Rey has written nine tracks for her next album already, which she says will be “very different” to last year’s ‘Ultraviolence’. “I’m looking for a few more songs to tie everything together,” she told Billboard. The record is thought to include a cover of the Nina Simone version of ‘Don’t Let Me Be Misunderstood’.
Lana Del Rey has reportedly recruited the services of Mark Ronson for her next album. Ronson said: “I’m going to do some recording with Lana Del Rey today and tomorrow. I found this cool old studio out here [in Los Angeles]”. The musician/producer added: “She has some songs and I said I had some demo ideas, and if they are any good, then maybe she’ll like them and we’ll go from there.”
Lana Del Rey also recently contributed an original song to the soundtrack of new film The Age of Adaline. The track is called ‘Life Is Beautiful’, the film opened in cinemas on April 24.
