Laura Marling to release two new albums in 2010

Singer not just releasing 'I Speak Because I Can' this year

Laura Marling has announced that she is set to release two new albums in 2010.

As well as releasing second album ‘I Speak Because I Can’ on March 22 she is set to record a further album, scheduled for September release.

Like ‘I Speak Because I Can’, her second album of 2010 will be produced by Ethan Johns (Ryan Adams, Kings Of Leon).

Speaking of her next album release, Marling told NME.COM that it it “more band-based and more raw” than her 2008 debut, ‘Alas I Cannot Swim’. She added that its themes address “responsibility, particularly the responsibility of womanhood”.
