Leonard Cohen announces new live album ‘Can’t Forget: A Souvenir of the Grand Tour’

Leonard Cohen has announced details of the release of a new live album.

Cohen released his last live record in December in the form of ‘Live In Dublin’, but will now follow it with ‘Can’t Forget: A Souvenir of The Grand Tour’. The LP was recorded on Cohen’s 2012 ‘Old Ideas’ tour and will be released on May 12.

Nick Cave recently shared a re-recording of a Leonard Cohen cover.

Cave originally recorded his take on ‘Avalanche’ for his 1984 debut ‘From Her to Eternity’, but has now recorded of a stripped-back piano cover. The track was recorded for new pirate drama ‘Black Sails’.
