Lewis Capaldi and Lauryn Hill to headline London’s Greenwich Music Time 2020

They're off to Greenwich...

Lewis Capaldi and Lauryn Hill have been announced among the headliners of London’s Greenwich Music Time concert series for 2020.

The break-out Scottish star and the Fugees legend will perform against the stunning backdrop of the Old Royal Naval College during a week of shows in July 2020.

Capaldi will perform to his London fans on Thursday July 9, while Hill will follow on Friday July 10. Tickets go on sale from 9AM on Friday (December 13) and you can buy them here.

The announcement caps off a massive year for Capaldi, who achieved a UK number one with his debut album ‘Divinely Uninspired To A Hellish Extent‘ back in May.

He released his latest track ‘Before You Go‘ in November and reflected upon his success in an accompanying statement.

“The past year has been absolutely wild, didn’t in a million years think all of this stuff would happen to me,” Capaldi said.

“Less than two years ago I was lucky enough to get to gig in small pubs and bars back home in Scotland and somehow I am writing this with a number one single in America and getting to play to and meet thousands of ya every night all over the world.”

Meanwhile, Hill recently released her soulful new single ‘Guarding The Gates‘, which is taken from the soundtrack to new movie Queen and Slim.
