Lil Wayne raps on Limp Bizkit’s new ‘Gold Cobra’ album

Fred Durst confirms rapper has added vocals to 'Ready To Go'

Lil Wayne guest raps on the new Limp Bizkit album, frontman Fred Durst has confirmed.

The rapper appears on a track named ‘Ready To Go’, set to be included on the band’s fifth studio album, ‘Gold Cobra’.

Durst tweeted from Twitter.com/freddurst: “Oh, excuse me, 16th song mixed is ‘Ready To Go’ featuring Lil Wayne! I love it.”

Wu Tang Clan rapper Raekwon also guests on ‘Gold Cobra’. Durst previously confirmed that Kiss bassist Gene Simmons has provided the voiceover for the album’s intro.

‘Gold Cobra’ does not have a release date yet, but Durst has said he hopes it will come out by the end of the summer.

The album is the first the band have recorded since original guitarist Wes Borland rejoined the group.
