LIMP BIZKIT‘s forthcoming new album has been rescheduled and looks set for a September release.
The album was set to come out on June 16, but after Fred Durst recruited guitarist Mike Smith to replace Wes Borland the band scrapped the finished tracks to work on new material.
Durst wrote on the official Limp Bizkit website, . You’re not gonna comprehend where we took this one.”
Durst has also retitled the album ‘Panty Sniffer’, after previous album titles included ‘Less Is More’, ‘Bipolar’, and ‘The Search For Teddy Swoes’.
Durst has also said that an as-yet-unnamed single will be released before their USSummer Sanitarium tour withMetallicaand Linkin Park during July.
They are also confirmed to headline the Donington Download Festival on June 1 with Iron Maiden.
