Listen to Slipknot’s Corey Taylor rapping with Kid Bookie on ‘Stuck in My Ways’

UK rapper Kid Bookie has released his duet with Slipknot’s Corey Taylor, after revealing that he was a huge fan of the metal icons.

Taylor is heard rapping on ‘Stuck In My Ways’ – a reworked version of the track which originally appeared on Kid Bookie’s ‘Shake UP’, an EP from 2018.

The track can be heard in full below, complete with Taylor’s rap.

It comes after the rapper previously said on Twitter that Slipknot’s ‘Wait And Bleed’ was on a similar level to ‘Chop Suey.’

“@CoreyTaylorRock I gotta work with you before both of us leave this earth,” wrote Bookie.

Responding only hours later, Taylor said: “Let’s talk my friend.”

Only a week later, Bookie confirmed the collaboration,  tweeting: “People of earth and beyond, me and @CoreyTaylorRock have some very VERY special music coming for you soon. That is all, have a good day.”

The news comes just days after Slipknot confirmed the release date of their hotly-anticipated new album, while also announcing details of the ‘KNOTFEST ROADSHOW’ tour which will hit North America this summer.

Volbeat, Gojira, and Behemoth have all been confirmed as the special guests on the 29-date tour, which will take place between July and September.

The tour will follow on from the band’s previously-announced headline slot at this year’s Download Festival.

Fans of the long-running heavy metal outfit have been eagerly awaiting news about the record, which will follow 2014’s ‘.5: The Gray Chapter’. So far, only the song ‘All Out Life’, which came out back in October, has emerged.
