Jack White has returned with new single ‘Corporation’, the third track to be taken from forthcoming album Boarding House Reach.
The five-minute epic sees White leaning heavily on large instrumental sections, which are occasionally interspersed with White’s frenzied yelps of ‘who’s with me?”.
It follows the release of ‘Connected By Love’ and ‘Respect Commander’, which were previously revealed earlier this month – along with confirmation that Boarding House Reach will be released in March of this year.
Earlier this week, White also divided fans by confirming that he’ll be banning mobile phones from his upcoming tour so that fans can enjoy a “100 percent human experience”.
“We think you’ll enjoy looking up from your gadgets for a little while and experience music and our shared love of it IN PERSON,” the statement said.
“Upon arrival at the venue, all phones and other photo or video-capturing gizmos will be secured in a Yondr pouch that will be unlocked at the end of the show. You keep your pouch-secured phone on you during the show and, if needed, can unlock your phone at any time in a designated Yondr Phone Zone located in the lobby or concourse.”
It’s yet to be revealed if the policy will be implemented for White’s UK shows too – with the singer returning to London’s Eventim Apollo for two shows on June 27 and 28.
