Plus tour with Regular Fries kicks off next week...

Lo-Fidelity Allstars, whose major UK tour with REGULAR FRIES kicks off on Monday (December 7), release a DJ mix album next year. The album will be the second in the ‘On The Floor At The Boutique’ series, which was launched by Skint Records with a FATBOY SLIM mix in June.

A spokesman for the Lo-Fi‘s said that they were currently in the process of getting copyright clearance for all of the records featured on the LP, so a full tracklisting was not yet available. However, there will be an exclusive Lo-Fi‘s remix of ‘Lazer Sheep Dip Funk’ which originally featured on the band’s debut album, ‘How To Operate With A Blown Mind’, released earlier this year. Other artists on the album include PENTHOUSE, SUPER_COLLIDER, FEEL GOOD FACTOR, MEKON, THE RUNAWAYS and TROUBLE FUNK.

You can book gigs to most gigs via the NME Ticketline on 0870 121 0125. Check out our gig guide.

They play Brighton Event (December 7), London Shepherd’s Bush Empire (8), Sheffield University (14), Preston University (15), Newcastle University (16), Aberdeen University (17) and Glasgow Arches (18). The band are also DJing at CREAM‘s New Year’s Eve bash at London Docklands Arena, before they head out for more live dates in the new year and go into the studio to record new material for their second album.
