Listen to Mac DeMarco’s unreleased song ‘Missin The Old Me’

Track dates back to before release of 'Salad Days'

A previously unreleased Mac DeMarco track has surfaced online.

‘Missin The Old Me’ premiered on Wednesday (February 3) on Pitchfork Radio, which is currently airing from New York Fashion Week. It was played by Captured Tracks label boss Mike Sniper.

According to Sniper, and reported by Pitchfork, the song dates back to 2012 or 2013, during the interim period between DeMarco’s ‘2’ album and its follow-up ‘Salad Days’.

2015 saw DeMarco release two records: the instrumental ‘Some Other Ones’ and mini-album ‘Another One’.

DeMarco recently launched his own fan club, which is being overseen by his mother, Agnes, and his manager, Michelle Cable.
