Supermarket‘s publication today (March 26) has been accompanied by the release of a special soundtrack album, with Logic explaining of the dual concept: “I wanted to use my novel as an opportunity to challenge myself musically diving into a completely new genre”.
DeMarco’s two produced songs on the record, ‘Probably Gonna Rock Your World’ and ‘Vacation From Myself’, can be heard below.
DeMarco, meanwhile, recently announced details of his next studio album. Titled ‘Here Comes The Cowboy’, it’ll be released on May 10 and features the lead single ‘Nobody’.
“This one is my cowboy record,” Mac said in a statement accompanying the album announcement. “Cowboy is a term of endearment to me, I use it often when referring to people in my life.
“Where I grew up, there are many people that sincerely wear cowboy hats and do cowboy activities. These aren’t the people I’m referring to.”
