Madina Lake planning November UK tour

Chicago rockers hint at possible Brit invasion

Madina Lake have hinted to fans that they will be returning to the UK later this year for live shows.

In a post on, one of the Chicago rockers stated: “We’re planning a UK tour as we speak. I’m probably not supposed to say anything but November’s like my favourite month of all time.”

The band’s last release was their ‘The Dresden Codex’ EP in 2010. They are currently working on a new full-length album entitled ‘World War 3’.

Speaking to Rocksound about the upcoming release, bassist Matthew Leone said: “Aspirations for the record are pretty humble. We feel like we’ve established ourselves and most bands don’t get to third records so we feel lucky. We are not dying to be huge and blow up we just want to carry on.”

Madina Lake will play the UK Download Festival in June.
