The singer is set to release ‘MDNA’, her 12th studio album, on March 26. The record is a follow-up to 2008’s ‘Hard Candy’. Posting the new track online, she wrote: “9 days away from MDNA!”.
The Queen Of Pop has worked with long-term collaborator William Orbit on this album, who co-produced her 1998 release ‘Ray Of Light’. She has also confirmed that she has worked with Mika, LMFAO, Nicki Minaj and MIA on ‘MDNA’.
Madonna recently dispelled claims that she is a “control freak”, stating: “I can’t work on my own. I am not Prince or like a lot of artists, who can go in and play every instrument, and record a track, and not hear from people. I need to hear what people think all the time.”
She is set to play shows at London’s Hyde Park on July 17 and Edinburgh’s Murrayfield Stadium on July 21. The dates are part of a full world tour, which kicks off on May 29 in Tel Aviv and runs until November 17, when the singer will perform in Atlanta, Georgia.
