Authories fear show may make people fall out of windows
Madonna’s gig in Moscow may move locations due to safety fears.
The singer is scheduled to play the Russian leg of her Confessions tour on September 11.
However, authorities may move the gig from near Lomonosov University to the city’s Tushino airfield.
Fears stem from the fact that university fans could fall out of windows in their attempts to watch the gig.
Head of Moscow’s security department Nikolai Koulikov told Agence France Presse: “The question of where Madonna concert will eventually take place has not been resolved.”
This is the latest in a series of controversies that have plagued the Confessions tour.
As previously reported by NME.COM, she faced the threat of prosecution in Dussledorf and excommunication in Rome both for the mock crucifixion scene during ’Live To Tell’.
