She presents gong at London's Tate Modern, labelling award ceremonies "silly"...
MADONNA was at the Tate Britain in London tonight (December 9) to present the Turner Prize for new British art.
Winner from a shortlist of four was Scot Martin Creed whose installation features an empty large room with a light flashing on and off every five seconds.
During her speech, Madonna said award ceremonies were “silly”. She also upset television watchdogs, saying “motherfuckers” live on channel four before the 9pm watershed.
The winner of the Turner Prize also picks up a cheque for £20,000.
