MANSUN have announced the third single from their ‘LITTLE KIX’ album will be ‘FOOL’, which is released on January 29, 2001.
‘Fool’ will be backed by four new tracks, ‘I’ve Seen The Top Of The Mountain’, ‘Promises’, ‘Fade In Time’ and ‘Black Infinite Space’ across the formats.
The video is said to have a “religious theme”, although it has not yet been filmed as the band are currently on tour in Japan.
In other news, Mansun recently covered Magazine’s ‘Shot By Both Sides’ for John Peel’s celebration of 25 years of his Festive 50. The track features lead vocals from guitarist Dominic Chad.
Mansun are also confirmed to headline an NME Carling Awards Show at the London Astoria on February 1. The band will warm-up for the show with two dates at Liverpool University (January 30) and Northampton Roadmenders (31).
