MARIAH CAREY has left the psychiatric clinic where she has spent the last two weeks recovering from a breakdown.
The star has checked out of the Silver Hill clinic in Connecticut, a specialist hospital for addiction and mental illness, and is said to be with her mother.
According to ananova.com, the star’s US publicist Cindi Berger said: “”MC is feeling better. She’s resting under a doctor’s care at an undisclosed location with her mother. Fans have been sending their best wishes to her from all over the world.”
Carey was hospitalised on July 25 following a complete “emotional and physical breakdown”. The star’s spokespeople have consistently denied she made a suicide attempt.
