Interscope 'close' to singing actress

Marilyn Manson’s actress girlfriend Evan Rachel Wood is “close” to signing a major record deal.

The actress, who has recently appeared in the Beatles-themed film ’Across The Universe’, and in Manson’s video for ’Heart Shaped Glasses’, is allegedly in talks to sign with Interscope records.

In ’Across The Universe’, Wood sang several Lennon and McCartney classics, including ’Blackbird’, ’If I Fell’ and ’It Won’t Be Long’.


An insider told EW: “The general buzz is that she does have a very good voice and genuinely wants to make music. You should hear her karaoke!”
