MANSON REVEALS ALBUM DETAILS

Marilyn Manson has confirmed the tracklisting for his new album ‘HOLY WOOD (IN THE SHADOW OF THE VALLEY OF DEATH)’, as well as premiering more new material on the Internet.

In a posting on the official Marilyn Manson website, www.marilynmanson.net, Manson reveals that the album is split into four parts – ‘In The Shadow’, ‘The Androgyne’, ‘Of Red Earth’ and ‘The Fallen’, each part corresponding to a letter which spells out the name Adam. Adam is thought to be the name of the central character in Manson‘s forthcoming book ‘Holy Wood’.

The album will be released on October 24 through Nothing/Interscope.

The third audio preview of a track from ‘Holy Wood’ is of ‘Burning Flag’. The track, which is available on his official website, is accompanied by a photograph of two US politicians holding a copy of a Marilyn Manson album at a conference in the US
