Dr Pepper’s Jaded Hearts Club Band are supporting Roger Daltrey next week

Muse‘s Matt Bellamy has shared a rehearsal video of his Beatles cover band.

Bellamy and his Dr Pepper’s Jaded Hearts Club Band are set to support The Who‘s Roger Daltrey at a Teenage Cancer Trust show next week.

Blur‘s Graham Coxon will join forces with Bellamy for the performance, which takes place at London’s Royal Albert Hall on March 22. Tickets are on sale now.

Ahead of the performance, Bellamy has posted a clip to Instagram of himself practicing The Beatles’ ‘I Feel Fine’ with Miles Kane and Nine Inch Nails member Ilan Rubin, suggesting that both musicians will appear with him at the Royal Albert Hall show.

The tribute act – led by Bellamy – has previously teamed up with Paul McCartney himself.

Roger Daltrey recently said of the news: “I’m very happy to welcome Muse’s Matt Bellamy who will be joining me on my night for Teenage Cancer Trust at the Royal Albert Hall Thurs 22 March. Matt will be bringing his Dr. Pepper’s Jaded Hearts Club Band including Blur’s Graham Coxon to belt out a set of Beatles classics. It’s their first UK show and will be great fun.”

Other acts set to play Teenage Cancer Trust shows include Nile Rodgers & Chic, Def Leppard, UB40 ft Ali, Astro and Mickey, plus an evening of comedy hosted by Russell Howard. Find more information here.
