‘…DREAM’ – IT’S OVER

'All Is Dream' is released later this year...

MERCURY REV‘s new album is titled ‘ALL IS DREAM’, and will be released towards the end of August.

The follow-up to their acclaimed ‘Deserter’s Songs’ album was, according to Canadian website www.canoe.ca, intended as a collaboration with producer Jack Nitzsche. However, following his death last year, the record became a tribute to his life.

Jack Nitzsche is famed for his work with the Rolling Stones and Neil Young.

In a statement prepared by singer Jonathan Donahue, he said: “As it turns out, he died a week before the sessions were to begin. Jack had loved ‘Deserter’s Songs’… Jack was real fragile, but not weak. Just not of this world or out of place or a part of some long-forgotten time in music we were too young to recall.”

The tracklisting for ‘All Is Dream is:

?The Dark Is Rising?

?Tides Of The Moon?

?Chains?

?Lincoln’s Eyes?
