Metallica looking for fans to appear in new music video

The band are looking for fans of all ages and sexes

Metallica are seeking out fans to appear in their next music video.

The metal group recently announced that they will be shooting a video in San Francisco next week and issued a casting call for extras.

The band are looking for Metallica fans of all ages, sexes and ethnicities local to San Francisco to appear in the crowd during two separate performances, one shot at night, another during the day, on October 11 and 12.

In addition, another casting call is looking for people willing to take on a more hands-on role in the video.

The third casting call specifies male and female “street fighter” types, in the age range of 21-55 who are prepared to do some “lightly choreographed fighting” on October 11 and 12.

Last month, Metallica unveiled a video for new track ‘Moth Into Flame’, taken from their upcoming new album ‘Hardwired…To Self-Destruct’ – which is due for release on 18 November.
