MIA reveals new album title

Singer eschews normal lettering for album three

MIA has eschewed traditional lettering by naming her forthcoming third album ‘///Y/’ – which apparently spells out Mya in code.

The announcement was made on the blog section on the website of her record label, Neet Recordings, Neetrecordings.com/blog.

It was also revealed on the site that the album will be released on July 12 in the UK, and a day later in the USA (two weeks after its previsouly-scheduled release date).
