Nottingham fans hope to set Halloween high mark

“Zombies” are been called upon to help break world record around Michael Jackson‘s song ‘Thriller’ today (October 31).

Fans at Nottingham‘s games festival GameCity will attempt to set a Halloween record by getting 1,000 people to copy the dance moves from the song’s iconic video.

The current world record stands at 1,124 zombies, which was set in Pittsburgh last year.

The would-be zombies must arrive at 2pm (GMT) with costumes, make-up and choreography provided at the city’s Old Market Square, reports BBC News

The record attempt will take place at 1700 GMT.
