Former Clash star MICK JONES has teamed up with his old punk pal TONY JAMES to form a new band – and they’re hitting the road next month.
Carbon/Silicon, formed in September 2002, will play four dates in May.
Jones says the music he and James are making “represents our past, present and future in our own style”.
Libertines manager Alan McGee, a pal and fan of Jones, describes the music the old pals are making as like “The Rolling Stones jamming with a laptop.”
The dates are:
Colchester Arts Centre (May 11)
Milton Keynes Pitz (12)
Oxford Zodiac (13)
Gloucester Guildhall (14)
