Miley Cyrus waxwork goes on display at Madame Tussauds in London

The singer also announces 'Bangerz' tour DVD

A wax sculpture of Miley Cyrus has gone on show at Madame Tussauds in London.

The life-like figure, which depicts the singer with her tongue out and an outfit as featured in her ‘Can’t Stop’ video, was unveiled yesterday (March 17) at the Baker Street museum.

The venue has invited guests to take a tongue-out selfie with the sculpture, with prizes rewarding the best entries.

Cyrus joins the likes of Beyoncé, Lady Gaga, Taylor Swift and Madonna at the London venue.

Miley Cyrus will also release a DVD of her ‘Bangerz’ tour on March 24. You can watch a trailer for the release below.

Meanwhile, reports that a film featuring Miley Cyrus was set to feature at this year’s New York Porn Film Festival have been denied by the singer’s press officer.

The film was said to be a full-length version of Tongue Tied, the Quentin Jones-directed short that premiered in 2014 and has played behind the stage at Cyrus’s live shows.

However, a spokesperson for Cyrus told Buzzfeed that she was never participating in the event. Organisers of the festival have subsequently removed all mention of Cyrus from their website and social media platforms.

“Miley was proud to make a film with acclaimed filmmaker Quentin Jones. Neither she nor Quentin are participating in this ‘festival’ in any way,” the spokesperson said.
