NME.COM can reveal the bald boffin will be back with new material early in the new year...
MOBY is set to release the follow-up to his hugely successful album ‘PLAY’ in May 2002.
The first fruits from the dance guru’s recent studio sessions are likely to be a single in April, followed by a full album the following month. Track titles and exact release dates are currently unconfirmed.
Moby has been working on new material throughout recent months in his native New York. It is currently unclear what direction the new material will take, but he recently told reporters that he had been listening to a lot of ’60s soul music.
