Police have dropped assault charges against Ms Dynamite.
The Mercury Music Prize winner was arrested over claims that she assaulted a 23-year-old woman at a Londonrestaurant on Wardour Street, Soho, on September 17.
The singer – real name Niomi McLean-Daley – was released on bail following the arrest and she was due re-appear at a central London police station yesterday (November 25).
According to BBC News, a Scotland Yard spokeswoman said: “She had been due to answer police bail but there will be no further action in connection with this matter.”
The star was arrested after she voluntarily went to a police station following the incident.
