He is forced home due to illness

My Chemical Romance’s Frank Iero has quit the band’s Japanese tour.

The guitarist has been forced home due to illness, although the band would not comment on the nature of Iero’s condition.

The band were in Tokyo on the eve of a four-gig tour when the star was sent home.

Iero has temporarily been replaced by Todd Price from Drive By.

My Chemical Romance leave Japan on Sunday (January 14) and head to New Zealand and Australia between January 4 and February 4, reports MTV News.
