Gerard Way says the band have ditched the stories for 'Danger Days...'
My Chemical Romance have revealed how they enjoyed the sense of freedom they found while they were writing new album ‘Danger Days: The True Lives Of The Fabulous Killjoys’.
Speaking to NME in a video interview you can watch on the right of your screen now, singer Gerard Way spoke of the joy he and the band found in not being tied down to a concept – like they were for previous album ‘The Black Parade’.
“It’s not a concept album. There’s no story. The songs are extremely direct,” Way said. “We had so much fun doing it.”
