Will 'Another Chance' grab another week at the top? There's some very stiff competition...

D-12, *NSYNC, ROBBIE WILLIAMS and SUPER FURRY ANIMALS all release new singles today (July 9), hoping to knock ROGER SANCHEZ from the top spot after just one week at Number One.

Yesterday (July 8), Sanchez‘ single ‘Another Chance’ went to the Top of the charts, knocking Hear’Say‘s ‘The Way To Your Love’ from the Number One spot.

Today, there are a number of new releases which should perform well in the charts this coming Sunday (July 15). A chart expert at HMV in London has predicted Top 5 entries for D-12’s new single ‘Purple Pills’, ‘Pop’ by *NSYNC and Robbie Williams‘ new single ‘Eternity/We Are The Champions’.

Elsewhere, Super Furry Animals are likely to have their first ever Top Ten hit with their comeback single ‘Juxtapozed With U’, while Texas‘ re-recorded ‘I Don’t Want A Lover 2001’ also looks likely to visit the Top Ten.

Other new releases today come from Ash, who release ‘Sometimes’, Elbow, who release ‘Powder Blue’ and recent NME cover star Aaliyah, who releases her new single ‘We Need A Resolution’.
