Nada Surf preview new material in LA

They road-test 'Lucky' before full US tour

Nada Surf previewed several songs from their new album in Los Angeles last night (February 4).

Performing at an intimate private party at the Gibson Showroom in Beverly Hills, the band road-tested material from their new album ‘Lucky’, which is due out in the US today (February 5).

The band’s 45-minute set included the new tracks ‘Whose Authority’, ‘Weightless’ and ‘I Like What You Say’, which featured the band’s trademark harmonies, introspective lyrics and catchy melodies.

The New York rockers were in good spirits, bantering back and forth with the audience and taking the occasional request.

Nada Surf played:

‘Blizzard Of 77’

‘Whose Authority’

‘Ice On The Wing’

‘I Like What You Say’

‘Beautiful Beat’

‘Here Goes Something’

‘Are You Lightning’

‘Blonde On Blonde’

‘See These Bones’

The band will embark on a full US tour in March, as previously reported.
