Ex-CROWDED HOUSE singer NEIL FINN has announced details of his second solo album and a full UK tour for spring.

The album, ‘One Nil’, is released on April 9 via Parlophone, and was recorded in LA and his native New Zealand. Five of the tracks were co-written with former Prince collaborator Wendy Melvoin.

To coincide with the release, Finn will return to the UK and Ireland for a series of live shows.

He will play: Belfast Waterfront (April 21)

Dublin Olympia (22)

Glasgow Royal Concert Hall (23)

Newcastle City Hall (24)

Cambridge Corn Exchange (26)

Nottingham Royal Concert Hall (27)

Sheffield City Hall (29)

Bristol Colston Hall (30)

Portsmouth Guildhall (May 2)

London Shepherd’s Bush Empire (3-4)

Ipswich Regent Theatre (10)

A UK spokesperson for Finn said that his live band is yet to be confirmed, but did not rule out the possibility he will be joined by high-profile musicians for some of the shows.

When Finn plays in New Zealand later this month, rumoured special guests include Pearl Jam vocalist Eddie Vedder and Radiohead members Ed O’Brien and Phil Selway.
