Neutral Milk Hotel’s Jeff Mangum curating ATP festival – ticket details

Reclusive singer will curate first of ATP's two December festivals

Neutral Milk Hotel’s Jeff Mangum will curate this December’s All Tomorrow’s Parties festival at Butlin’s, Minehead.

The reclusive frontman hasn’t performed in the UK for over a decade, but will play live at the ATP event.

Neutral Milk Hotel were together from 1991 to 1999 and released two critically acclaimed albums. Their second album, ‘In The Aeroplane Over The Sea’, was reissued in 2005 and frequently appears in polls of the best albums ever recorded.

Confirmed to play alongside Mangum are Superchunk, The Olivia Tremor Control, Young Marble Giants, The Magic Band, A Hawk & A Hacksaw, Tinariwen and The Apples.

Riot grrrl legends The Raincoats will also perform their self-titled album in its entirety.

The next ATP festival is in May and is being curated by Animal Collective.
