Fans had been petitioning for for the band to be given a live concert special on the network like other stars, and now their dreams have come true. It’ll air at 11:05pm BST today (Friday 8th June, 2018).

Where can I watch the Arctic Monkeys BBC special?

It’ll be showing on BBC 2; but if you can’t get to a television, as long as you have a TV licence you’ll also be able to watch it live on the BBC iPlayer.


I’m out tonight, but want to watch it later on. Can I?

Yes – it’ll be on the BBC iPlayer for 30 days after it’s first broadcast on BBC 2.
