With a new hairstyle, Kanye West makes first public appearance since hospitalisation & divorce rumours

He's been working on new music too

Kanye West has made his first public appearance since being released from hospital and having divorce rumours circulate – unveiling a new bleach blonde hairstyle.

Last week saw West released from hospital after being admitted for “temporary psychosis due to sleep deprivation and dehydration” last month, following a series on on-stage outbursts and erratic behaviour. It was claimed today that West would be ‘taking a break’ for the rest of the year.

There were also rumours that the strain had taken its toll and that he and wife Kim Kardashian would divorce. These rumours were later denied.

Now, as Hollywood Life reports, West made his first public appearance yesterday – appearing at the “Rick Owens: Furniture” exhibition at the Museum of Contemporary Art’s Pacific Design Center  in West Hollywood to support the renowned Paris-based fashion and furniture designer. He also sported a new, longer, bleach blonde hairstyle.

Meanwhile, TMZ reports that West has also set up a studio in his Bel-Air mansion and is working on a new album. He’s been reportedly working with Pete Rock who has shared photos from inside the studio, including a notepad containing the names of video games – which many believe could point to the long-awaited release of his project ‘Turbo Grafx 16‘.
