These newly-announced gigs will follow the band’s headline appearance at Portsmouth’s Victorious Festival this summer. New Order are set to top the bill on the final night of the three-dayer, alongside headliners Two Door Cinema Club and Doves.
Speaking about the upcoming show, frontman Bernard Sumner said: “After months of touring it felt like we needed to find the perfect setting for our last show of the summer, I believe we have found it! We can’t wait to play at Victorious and its picturesque seaside location!”
Sumner and co. are also set to play at various other festivals across the summer, including Rock Werchter in June.
Meanwhile, New Order recently released their TRANSMISSIONS documentary series – telling the story of their classic debut album ‘Movement’.
