The Aussie miserablist tackles 'Disco 2000' on the B-side of Pulp's new single...

Pulp have recruited Nick Cave to record the B-side to their new single ‘BAD COVER VERSION’, NME.COM can reveal.

Nick Cave has recorded a cover of Pulp‘s classic ‘Disco 2000’ single as one of the additional tracks on the release, scheduled to hit stores on March 11.

The song, likely to be renamed ‘Disco 2002’, is said to take the idea of a ‘bad cover version’, with Nick Cave performing a waltz version of the track.

In other news, Pulp will tour a series of forests in the summer of 2002, elaborating on the themes of their current album ‘We Love Life’.
