A man has been jailed for 36 years for the attempted first degree murder of singer Marc Cohn.
Cohn was shot in the head by Joseph Yacteen last year, after leaving a concert in Denver, Colorado, in an attempted carjacking.
The bullet lodged in the singer’s temple, but was later removed with no permanent effects. Cohn’s manager was also injured in the attack.

Yacteen was arrested after taking refuge in an empty house, leading to an ensuing six-hour siege by police, reports the BBC.
Cohn, a Grammy-award winning singer, is best known for his 1991 hit ‘Walking In Memphis’.
