Circa Waves, Twin Atlantic and Kate Nash to play Neighbourhood festival

Lonely the Brave also set to perform

The first wave of artists have been announced for Manchester’s Neighbourhood festival. Circa Waves and Twin Atlantic are set to headline with Lonely the Brave and Kate Nash also appearing.

Taking place in Manchester’s city centre on Saturday October 8, Ady Suleiman, Vant, Airways, Girl Friend and She Drew The Gun have also been announced.

The festival boasts over 100 artists, with shows taking place across nine venues in the city including The Albert Hall, O2 Ritz and Sound Control.

Twin Atlantic are set to play a sold-out show at Glasgow’s King Tuts tonight after sharing the first single on Annie Mac’s Radio 1 show last night (June 2).

Speaking in a statement, the band said: “There is no other venue in the world that we would have wanted to play to start the next chapter of Twin Atlantic. King Tuts is the heartbeat of music in Glasgow. The venue is legendary.”

The band are also set to play the Isle of Wight Festival, with frontman Sam McTrusty explaining: “It’s rare that we get to make a debut appearance at a festival on UK soil of late, so this one will feel more exciting and memorable than usual. There’s nothing like playing brand new music in a new place.”
