The Late-night host filmed his show at an army base in November

Conan O’Brien performed a cover of ‘Seven Nation Army’ during a special episode of his late-night talk-show filmed at US army base.

O’Brien travelled to the Al Udeid Air Base in Qatar with First Lady Michelle Obama back in November. While he was there he filmed an episode of ‘Conan’ in front of an audience of US soldiers.

The full version of O’Brien covering the White Stripes’s classic together with American singer Grace Potter was posted online today (January 4).

“I should not play guitar / Or shovel pork products into my jaw / There’s no drinking and no smoking and no pork, it’s a living hell / But who cares when you guys have got a fucking Taco Bell,” O’Brien sings on his own take on the ‘Elephant’ opener.

It’s not the first time O’Brien has covered the song having also performed it on his Legally Prohibited from Being Funny on Television Tour.
