Favourite Alternative Artist went to Fall Out Boy, and Jack Ü’s ‘Where Are U Now?’ featuring Justin Bieber was named Collaboration of the Year.

Bieber led the performances with a medley of hits from new album ‘Purpose’, including ‘Sorry’ and ‘What Do U Mean’ (See above). Coldplay, meanwhile, played new song ‘Adventure Of A Lifetime’ while an ape danced on stage next to them.

The recent Paris attacks were mentioned as Celine Dion gave a powerful performance of Edith Piaf’s ‘Hymne A L’amour’, dedicating the performance to the victims who lost their lives on November 13.
