Fall Out Boy back Courtney Love’s effort to find missing Malaysian Airline plane

Love revealed her own theory about case of flight MH370 earlier this week

Patrick Stump of Fall Out Boy has backed Courtney Love‘s efforts to work out what happened with the missing Malaysia Airlines jet, which disappeared without trace last week.

Love weighed in on the search for the missing flight MH370 earlier this week when she posted an annotated screen grab of what she believes to be an oil slick and the remains of a plane, along with exact co-ordinates as to where investigators can find the wreckage.

Speaking to Gigwise, Wentz and Stump say that they have full confidence in Love’s ability to succeed where the rest of the world are currently failing. Speaking about Love, who collaborated with Fall Out Boy on the band’s 2013 album ‘Save Rock And Roll’, Stump said: “The crazy thing about Courtney is she’s actually very very sharp with a lot of her observations. It’s just that she can also be wild and crazy or whatever. It kind of flips.”

He adds: “I genuinely wouldn’t be surprised if at the end of the day she goes home, puts on her reading glasses and goes through all this data. There’s the company that’s been collecting all this data on the radar pings and she’s going through there and she’s like: ‘I got it!'”.

The Malaysian Airlines jet disappeared with 239 passengers and crew on board less than one hour into its flight from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing on March 8. A huge search operation is currently underway in the Indian Ocean, with 26 countries involved.
