The Amazing Snakeheads will join US band on the road throughout November
Cerebral Ballzy will headline the Monster NME Radar Tour 2013, with The Amazing Snakeheads joining them on the bill.
Taking place throughout November, the tour will start in Cambridge on November 15 and visit Coventry, Liverpool, Sheffield, Edinburgh, Manchester, London, Brighton, Nottingham, Bristol, Birmingham and Southmapton before winding up in Leeds on November 27.
Cerebral Ballzy will release their second album ‘Jaded & Faded’ before the end of 2013, having worked with producer Dave Sitek (TV On The Radio, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Beady Eye) on the release. New Domino Records signings The Amazing Snakeheads have been labelled by NME as “Scotland’s most exciting new band”.
Speaking about the tour, Cerebral Ballzy frontman Honor Titus says: “We’re super psyched to be back out there.”
Matt Wilkinson, NME’s new music editor, says: “Having seen both Cerebral Ballzy and The Amazing Snakeheads rip up stages countless times, I’m of the opinion that this will be the most thrilling and chaotic new bands tour NME has been involved in for years. It’s American garage rock meets snotty-nosed British punk, and I’m proud for us to be a part of it as we continue to support the very best in new music.”
Tickets for all dates go on sale at 3pm on October 7 at NME.COM/tickets.
